Lottie (Jarzabek) Marosz, 91, of Sugarloaf Terrace in Middlefield, wife of the late Henry Marosz, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at Middlesex Hospital.

William A. Oslander, 83, husband of Angelina (Garbarino) Oslander of 948 Durham Road, Madison, died Tuesday, Nov. 4, at Connecticut Hospice in Branford.
He was born in Madison, Aug. 20, 1925, son of the late Nicholas and Maria Oslander. He was a veteran of World War II, Serving with the U.S. Navy. Prior to his retirement he was a self-employed scrap-metal dealer.

Mark P. Lynch, 39, loving husband of Rachel B. Keeling Lynch, and devoted father of Mark P. Lynch, Jr. and Brandon A. Lynch, of Fowler Avenue, Durham, died Tuesday, Nov. 4 surrounded by his loving family at their home.

Douglas R. Magee, Sr., 87 of Wolfeboro, NH and Mt. Dora, FL died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008, peacefully in his sleep at the family farm in Middlefield following a brief illness.

Ernest Arthur Sherman, 84, of Middlefield, husband of Constance (Whipple) Sherman, passed away Oct. 13 at Middlesex Health Care Center in Middletown. Born in Lancaster, N.H., he was the son of the late Arthur and Vera (Donaghy) Sherman.

Frank C. Pease, 51, of Oviedo, Fla., passed away peacefully Saturday, Oct. 25, at Vitas Innovative Hospice in Winter Park, Fla., after a long illness.
Born May 7, 1957, to Barbara (Fulton) Pease and the late C. Frank Pease, he had lived in Connecticut and Tennessee for many years, before finally settling in Florida. Frank attended local schools and was an avid carpenter.

Miller "Bernie" Gay, Jr., 65, of Laurel Brook Rd., Middlefield, beloved husband of Jean (Pabst) Gay, died Thursday, Oct. 30, at Middlesex Hospital surrounded by his family after a long battle with cancer.

Gary R. Grant, Sr., 57, of Fowler Ave., Durham, husband of Pamela E. (Wilcox) Grant, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008 at his home.
He was born in Hanover, NH, the son of the late Lincoln McKinley Grant and Doris (Hackett) Grant. He was most recently employed with GC Industries Corporation as a machine operator.

Mario J. Fabiani, 88, of Avon, husband of the late Gezelda (Giacomini) Fabiani died Sunday, Oct. 19, at Avon Health Center. He was born March 16, 1920 in Teramo, Italy, son of the late Silvo and Angelina (Castinara) Fabiani and had lived in Avon for many years.
